Here's more about me because I am very similar to you a few years ago.


There I was, a horrified, embarrassed, lost, scared new mother and fitness trainer with tummy that made me still look pregnant even though I wasn't. 

I was trying to get myself working out again to gain my strength back and get back to feeling good in my body again after having a baby.

The thing is, at the time I was this lower belly pooch that made me look pregnant and it wouldn't go away.

My belly felt like play-dough.

Soft, squishy.

I am a small framed women so this belly that I had was noticeable and very embarrassing for me.

The big problem was that I realized I was suffering from an ab separation also known as diastasis recti. That meant suddenly I felt like a failure as a personal trainer and as a mom.

I thought to myself, "How could I let this happen. How was I not aware of this condition. How am I going to fix it? Could I fix it? Was I the only mom out there with this issue?"
Which made me feel so LOST and OVERWHELMED.
I didn't know where to start to get rid of this BELLY!
I thought to myself:
  • What was important to do?
  • What was safe to do?
  • How long does it take to heal?
  • What should I be doing for workouts?
  • Could I ever workout normally again?

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

I discovered other professionals teaching on diastasis recti and had plans for how to heal it.

I read so many articles and watched so many videos, even got certified in pregnancy and diastasis recti trainings to have better understanding of it and how to heal it.

I learned more about what was important to fix this ab separation that was causing my belly to look "pregnant" even though I wasn't anymore.

Instantly it became crystal clear to me on what I needed to do to heal and then to teach other moms how to do the same!

My plan was to start fixing my daily alignment, start engaging my pelvic floor and TVA muscles properly to strengthen them to close the gap.


I healed it! 


Then I got pregnant again... this time I was smarter about everything.

I worked out differently during pregnancy and I trained my deep core muscles every day.

I focused more on simple lifestyle habits that helped me tremendously. 

I felt amazing during my second pregnancy plus...

I had a MUCH faster labor and push time and better postpartum recovery.

I was ALL BELLY for both pregnancies so my core strength and my daily life (like sitting, standing, sleeping, holding my child) were all very important in my journey.

My core was so much stronger during my second pregnancy that at one month postpartum I had a smaller ab separation compared to my first pregnancy where it was over 4 finger width and very deep! 

I was so excited.

What I was doing was paying off.

Everything was so different and better after my second child.

I started doing safe core specific exercises that were designed to heal diastasis recti, to get rid of lower belly pooch.

But I didn’t stop there.

I then focused on my daily life habits in terms of my alignment.

I had no idea your alignment was playing a MAJOR factor in getting and healing any diastasis recti or weak core issues.

After that, I started to create workouts that continued to help strengthen my entire body and my core...

so I can feel confident and fit again in my body 
without looking like I was pregnant when I wasn't.

Building on that success, I decided to
